:: Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to the arrival date are entitled to a refund of the reservation deposit or you will lose the one night deposit. All other cancellations are non-refundable. Please note that refunds will be made in form of the credit card used for your deposit. Weekends and holidays may be subject to longer cancellation notices. You'll be advised on your confirmation email of any changes in cancellation period or refund policy.
  • If the number of guests travelling exceeds the maximum occupancy stated, please book more than one room or contact the hotel for alternate accomodation options and assistance.
 :: No Show
  • If no cancellation has been received and you fail to show up at the hotel, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the booking value.
 :: Refunds
  • All refunds are subject to bank handling charges of 3% of the total booking value or lost 1st night’s deposit. Refunds will be made in the form of a credit entry to your card account only.The refund amount will be made in Thai Baht, equivalent to the amount which shall be confirmed to you before the cancellation transaction is processed.
  • All credit card refund will be processed in a timely manner. The refund process is dependent on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 10-15 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.
